It is a system which a real-estate is given in trust as a trust property, and the trust company manages, develops, and disposes of the consigned real-estate and returns the earned profits or remaining property to the designated beneficiary. It is the same as a money trust, in which the money is entrusted to issue operating profit (interest and others). The difference is that the trust is not a monetary asset but a real estate related right.
